HOW IT WORKS
A live wedding artist can add a unique and personal touch to your special day, capturing the essence of your love on canvas. It's a great way to add some entertainment to your wedding, and your guests will love watching the artist create a beautiful piece of art right before their eyes.

A live wedding artist can also be a great conversation starter and help break the ice between guests who may not know each other.

Before the big day!
1. Check your wedding date availability by leaving an enquiry via the contact tab. I will generally reply within 24-48 hours.

2. Secure your date with a 20% deposit. Final payment would be due one week prior to the special day.

3. Consultation: 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding, we will have a full planning consultation to design your artwork. We will discuss colours, preferences, scenes, poses, and anything else that is important to you on your wedding day. We also talk about the scene you'd like captured in your painting in more detail. I'm happy to be guided by you or I can use my creative license to decide for you. That helps me create a piece you will love and make it unique to you!
The Wedding Day
1. I ideally will arrive 3-4 hours prior to the ceremony commencing to begin painting the background (depending on the chosen scene). Typically, I'm at a venue for 7 to 9 hours total, including setup and clean-up.

2. During your chosen scene, I will take photos and notes to use for reference throughout your special day.​ Once I have captured your special moment, I will then start adding the newlyweds to the scene. The painting will already be underway before the first guests arrive.

3. At the end of the day, your painting will look mostly complete. I aim to get all the main elements into the painting before the end of the event, so the newlyweds and guests can see what looks like a finished painting. I will then take the painting back to my studio to complete the final touches and to varnish the artwork to seal and protect. This process will normally take 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the painting.

4. Your painting will be professionally packaged and shipped to you, or a local pick-up will be arranged.
